A Weekly and Monthly Routine
Last updated: October 27, 2026
A short, regular routine catches what matters without daily checking. Use this as a starting point and adapt it to your team.
Every Week
A few minutes are enough:
Open your Brand Dashboard and compare your main metrics with the week before. 📄 Understanding your Brand Dashboard
Note the Search Terms or Topics where you gained or lost the most, and check which competitors appear there instead. 📄 Understanding the Competitor Tab
Open the Citations tab and look for sources that are new or cited often for those Search Terms. 📄 Understanding the Citations Tab
Pick one or two things to act on this week and note them down.
Then add two quick checks:
Look for Search Terms with an Unsupported region badge or that stopped running.
Review new brands on the Competitors tab and keep the list clean.
Every Month
Set the date picker to Last 30 days with Weekly aggregation and compare with the month before.
Check whether the actions you took last month moved the Search Terms they targeted.
Retire Search Terms that no longer matter and add new ones in one batch.
Review your Credits use against your plan. 📄 Understanding Credits and Usage
Share a summary with your team or clients. 📄 Presenting and Sharing a Custom Dashboard
Every Quarter
Review your Topics and competitors against your current market and products.
Check who has access to your Workspace and Brands. 📄 Restricting brand access for team members and clients
Tip: Keep a simple log of changes to Search Terms, brand names and content. It makes monthly comparisons much easier to explain.
