Alerts and Sharing Results

You do not need to open Rankscale every day. Turn on alerts for real changes and share results with the people who need them.

Get Alerted to Important Changes

Open Settings > Account.
Under Notifications, turn on Important alerts.

You get an email only when a meaningful, confirmed change needs your attention. There are no scheduled emails or summaries. Only the workspace owner sees this setting and receives the alerts.

Tip: Use a custom dashboard view with fixed filters for reports. Everyone then sees the same Search Terms each time.
