Invite your Team

Rankscale works best when the people who act on the results can see them. Invite colleagues to your Workspace so they can view and work with your Brands.

Before you Invite

• Decide who needs to make changes and who only needs to read results.

• You can invite as many members as you need. Only the workspace owner can send invitations.

• You can invite people with the same email domain as yours. To invite someone from another domain, see 📄 Inviting Members to your Workspace.

Send the Invitations

Open Settings > Workspace, enter the email address and click Send Invitation. The full steps, including access levels, are in 📄 Inviting Members to your Workspace.

• The invitation appears as Pending until the person registers. Use Copy Link to send it yourself, or Cancel to withdraw it.

• The person needs to register with the email address you invited. When signing up with Google or Microsoft, they need the account for that same address.

• To limit someone to certain Brands, finish the invitation first. You can set brand access in Access Control after they register. 📄 Restricting brand access for team members and clients

Tip: For clients who only need to see results, a share link may be enough. 📄 Sharing your Dashboard
