Managing your Billing and Subscription

This article shows you where to view your usage, manage your subscription, update your payment method, and find your invoices.

Viewing your Account Overview

Open Settings and select the Account tab. The Account Overview shows your current usage at a glance:

  • Rank Credits: your remaining credits, with your average usage per day and per month.

  • Free Page Audits: how many audits you have left.

  • Brand Usage: how many brands you are using against your plan's limit.

  • Plan: your current plan and its expiry.

Opening Billing

In the Account tab, find the Billing & Subscription section and click View Billing.

From the billing page you can manage your subscription, change your plan, and review your payment history.

Managing your Subscription

On the billing page, click Manage Subscription to:

  • Change or upgrade your plan.

  • Update your payment method.

  • Update your billing details.

  • View your Invoices

Adding Extra Brand Slots

If you need more brands than your plan includes, you can add extra brand slots without changing your plan. Only the workspace owner can buy them. They are not available during a trial. On a custom plan, contact support.

On the billing page, find the Extra Brand Slots card, set the Quantity, and confirm. When you reach your brand limit while creating a brand, Add extra brand slots takes you to the same card.

How changes are billed:

  • First purchase: you pay through checkout. The first bill only covers the time until your plan renews. After that, extra slots renew on the same date as your plan.

  • Adding more slots: you are asked to confirm, and the prorated amount for the rest of the current period is charged right away.

  • Removing slots: the lower number takes effect at the end of the current period, with no credit for the remaining time. You cannot go below the number of brands you already use, so archive brands first if you need to. Setting the quantity to 0 cancels your extra slots at the end of the period.

Tip: If a higher plan would give you the same number of brands for less, the card suggests it. Click Compare plans to see your options. The card shows the price per slot before you confirm.
